We decided to dine here because we had a layover and wanted to eat at a seated restaurant inside the airport. This was one of the restaurants near our gate. After we were seated I noticed that the table was dirty and I told our waitress. She apologized and partially wiped down the table. Our sever, Roman, then took our drink orders and once she came back we ordered.
I ordered the fish and chips and my mom got a burger and fries. She repeated back my mom's order but forgot mine. I told her again what I wanted. When our waitress returned she brought us a basket of warm rolls and butter. The rolls were good and soft.
A short time later she returned and put two plates of food on our table but it wasn't our food. It was the couple's food located across from us. After we told her it wasn't ours she immediately gave the plates to them.
Roman brought our food not too long after. The food was served hot. My fries were good and were seasoned well. The fish however did not taste like there was any seasonings on it at all. I would not order the fish again. My mom did not like her burger either. Overall the experience was just ok. I probably won't return to this chain. -

Was flying Southwest Airlines and had to have a layover in Terminal C and needed some food. I've never been to an O'Charley's before and thought I'd check it out.
I sat at the bar and ordered a glass of wine and perused the menu. The Cajun Pasta dish sounded good so that what I ordered. The food arrived fairly quickly which was nice, the food itself was pretty blah. Not horrible, but it was advertised as having a spicy, creamy sauce and honestly it was bland, no discernible spice at all. The onions in it were almost raw and the pasta was not al dente, it was way over cooked. I took about 5 bites and ordered another glass of wine. I realize that airport food is not usually the best but this was one of the worst meals I've ever had in any airport I have ever been to. Bartender was super nice though, hence the 2 stars. -

What a great place to grab a fast meal. So fast in fact that it literally came out as soon as I was done ordering. Wow! How'd they do that? It was almost as if they had some cold, stale potatoes in back and said "order up".
My waitress was super friendly also. So friendly in fact that she wanted to share something special with me. A super long hair on my eggs! I didn't even order or ask for this?! How nice!
Hmm, $20 scramble eggs, potatoes, OJ and coffee.

Stopped here while on route to Orlando. First time at this airport. I was hungry! Had taken a flight at 6am prior to my arrival. The girls were hungry. We walked past the food court and this place looked better. I should have read the reviews before ! Well, don't eat here.

My mother and I had a long layover between traveling from Pensacola to Baltimore. To kill time, we decided on this restaurant. The atmosphere and decor were great; however, the service sucked. The waitstaff could be seen off the side cracking jokes and not taking their jobs seriously. Our waitress was also horrible. She didn't bother to ask if we wanted refills for our water. Would I visit about, probably not! Would I recommend it? Perhaps if you have no other options within the airport.
